Policy For Buyers

TaoXe Policy For Buyers: Shop With Confidence​

At TaoXe, we aim to create a transparent, secure, and satisfying shopping experience for every buyer worldwide. This Policy For Buyers outlines your rights, responsibilities, and the commitments we make to ensure your cross-border footwear purchase is smooth and worry-free.​​

1. Order Placement & Confirmation​

  • Order Creation: When you place an order on TaoXe, you agree to provide accurate information (shipping address, contact number, size preferences) to avoid delivery issues. We reserve the right to verify order details with you before processing.​
  • Order Confirmation: You will receive an email confirmation immediately after successful payment, including your order number, product details, and estimated delivery time. If you don’t receive the confirmation within 24 hours, please check your spam folder or contact our customer service.​
  • Order Modification/Cancellation: You may modify or cancel your order within 12 hours of payment confirmation (provided the order has not been processed or shipped). After 12 hours, modifications/cancellations may not be possible—please contact us for assistance.​

2. Payment Terms & Security​

  • Accepted Payment Methods: We support secure international payment methods, including credit cards (Visa, Mastercard), PayPal, and regional payment gateways (e.g., Alipay for Asia, Apple Pay for global users).​
  • Payment Security: All payment transactions are encrypted via SSL technology to protect your personal and financial information. TaoXe will never store your full credit card details or share your payment data with third parties (except for payment processors required to complete the transaction).​
  • Currency & Pricing: Product prices are quoted in USD by default. You can switch to your local currency (if supported) on the website, but the final charge will be converted based on the payment processor’s real-time exchange rate. Prices do not include customs duties, taxes, or shipping fees (unless stated otherwise).​

3. Product Information & Sizing​

  • Product Accuracy: We strive to provide accurate product descriptions, images, and specifications (material, color, size). However, slight differences may occur due to lighting (for images) or manual measurement (for size). We will clearly note any known variations (e.g., “color may vary slightly from photo”) on the product page.​
  • Sizing Guide: Each product page includes a detailed size chart with international size conversions (US, EU, UK, CN). We recommend measuring your foot length and comparing it to the size chart to select the correct size. If you need further guidance, contact our customer service for personalized sizing advice.​
  • Out-of-Stock Items: If a product is out of stock after you place an order, we will notify you within 2 business days and offer two solutions: 1) Wait for restock (with a 5% discount on your next order), or 2) Cancel the out-of-stock item and receive a full refund within 3–5 business days.​

4. Shipping & Delivery (Buyer Responsibilities)​

  • Shipping Notifications: Once your order ships, we will send a tracking number via email. You can use this number to monitor the delivery status on our website or the logistics provider’s platform.​
  • Delivery Address: It is your responsibility to provide a complete, valid physical address (no PO boxes or military addresses, as we do not ship to these locations). If the package is returned due to an incorrect address, you will be responsible for re-shipping fees.​
  • Customs & Duties: As an international buyer, you are responsible for paying any customs duties, taxes, or fees imposed by your country’s customs authority. We recommend checking local customs regulations before ordering to avoid unexpected charges.​

5. Returns, Refunds & Exchanges​

  • Eligibility: We offer a 30-day free return/exchange policy for most products (exceptions: customized shoes, clearance items marked “final sale”). To qualify:​
  1. Products must be unused, in original packaging, and with all tags attached.​
  1. Returns/exchanges must be initiated within 30 days of receiving the order.​
  • Return Process:​
  1. Contact customer service with your order number and reason for return/exchange.​
  1. Receive a return authorization (RA) number and shipping instructions.​
  1. Ship the product back to our designated warehouse (we cover return shipping costs for defective products or our shipping errors; buyers cover costs for change-of-mind returns).​
  • Refund/Exchange Timeline: Once we receive and inspect the returned product (3–5 business days), we will process:​
  • Refunds: Within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.​
  • Exchanges: Within 7–10 business days (shipping time included) for the new size/style.​

6. Privacy & Data Protection​

  • Data Collection: We only collect necessary personal information (name, email, shipping address, contact number) to process your order, deliver products, and provide customer service. We will never collect sensitive data (e.g., medical records) without your explicit consent.​
  • Data Usage: Your personal data will be used solely for the purposes stated above, unless required by law (e.g., responding to government inquiries). We will not sell, rent, or share your data with third parties for marketing purposes.​
  • Data Access & Control: You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal information. To do so, contact our customer service with your account details, and we will process your request within 10 business days.​

  • Accurate Information: Provide true, up-to-date information for orders, payments, and communications to avoid delays or disputes.​
  • Compliance with Local Laws: Ensure your purchase and use of TaoXe products comply with your country’s import regulations, product safety standards, and customs rules.​
  • Communication Timeliness: Respond promptly to our inquiries (e.g., for address verification, customs clearance) to ensure smooth order processing and delivery.​
