Our wholesale policy is designed to support your business growth—offering competitive pricing, flexible terms, and reliable service to help you meet customer demand and maximize profitability.

1. Eligibility for Wholesale Partnership​

To qualify for TaoXe’s wholesale program, applicants must meet the following criteria:​

• Be a registered business (retail store, online shop, distributor, or corporate buyer) with valid business licenses and tax registration documents.​

• Submit a wholesale application form (available on our website) with details of your business scope, target market, and expected order volume.​

• Maintain a good business reputation (no record of counterfeiting, false advertising, or unethical business practices).

2. Wholesale Pricing & Discount Tiers​

Our wholesale pricing is tiered based on order volume, ensuring greater savings for larger purchases. All prices are quoted in USD (excluding shipping, customs duties, and taxes):​

Note: Pre-order and customized products require a 30% deposit upon order confirmation. Final payment is due before shipment.

3. Order Process & Lead Times​

• Application Review: We review your wholesale application within 3–5 business days and notify you of approval via email.​

• Sample Request: Approved partners can order product samples (at 50% of retail price) to verify quality and fit before placing bulk orders.​

• Bulk Order Placement: Submit your bulk order via our wholesale portal, including style codes, sizes, and quantities. Our team will confirm the order and provide a proforma invoice within 24 hours.​

• Payment & Production: After payment (or deposit) is received, we begin production. Lead times vary by order type:​

• In-stock orders: 3–7 business days​

• Pre-order orders: 30 business days​

• Customized orders: 45–60 business days (depending on design complexity)​

• Shipment & Tracking: Once production is complete, we arrange shipping and provide a tracking number for order monitoring.

4. Shipping & Logistics for Wholesale Orders

• Shipping Options: We offer two logistics solutions for wholesale orders:​

1. FCL/LCL Shipping: For large-volume orders (300+ pairs), we recommend Full Container Load (FCL) or Less than Container Load (LCL) shipping via sea, which offers cost savings for bulk goods.​

2. Express Shipping: For urgent orders (50–299 pairs), we partner with DHL/FedEx to ensure fast delivery (3–7 business days).​

• Shipping Costs: Wholesale shipping costs are calculated based on order weight, destination, and shipping method. Partners can choose to arrange their own logistics provider if preferred.​

• Customs Clearance: We provide commercial invoices and packing lists to facilitate customs clearance. However, customs duties and taxes in the destination country are the responsibility of the wholesale partner.

5. Quality Assurance & After-Sales Support​

• Quality Inspection: All wholesale orders undergo a 3-step quality check (material inspection, production sampling, final batch inspection) before shipment to ensure compliance with TaoXe’s standards.​

• Defect Resolution: If defective products are found (within 7 days of receipt), we offer three solutions:​

1. Replacement of defective items (free of charge, including shipping).​

2. Credit note for the value of defective products (to be used in future orders).​

3. Partial refund for the defective portion of the order.​

• Product Updates: We provide monthly updates on new styles, seasonal collections, and stock availability to help partners stay ahead of market trends.

6. Terms & Conditions​

• Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ): The minimum wholesale order quantity is 50 pairs per order (mixed styles and sizes are allowed).​

• Order Cancellation: Wholesale orders can be canceled within 48 hours of placement (no fee). Cancellations after 48 hours (or during production) will incur a 15% cancellation fee (to cover production costs).​

• Confidentiality: Both parties agree to keep wholesale pricing, order details, and business data confidential (excluding information required by law).
